A current Rivia partner teamed up with senior leaders and consulting vendors to create and then lead a successful companywide executive development program that strengthened the leadership and organizational culture capacity to innovate and to work more strategically, collaboratively and globally. The program not only increased skills and knowledge, but shifted the mindset of high-potential executives to successfully manage the risks and opportunities in a more global, complex and unstable healthcare reform environment.
