One of the world’s largest insurance groups wanted to improve its business efficiency, increase best practice sharing, and define a more consistent global approach by migrating to a unitary global brand.

Using industry examples and previous experience, a current Rivia partner led the company’s senior management through intensive workshops and a rigorous review of growth options to identify the best way forward and to build a compelling business case for change. The partner then worked with managers in various countries to build local buy-in and create detailed timing and costing plans. This resulted in the insurance group migrating to one global brand recognizable in all markets.
